Experience – Should have led minimum 4 trips before with a reputed travel company

Skills –

• 1+ years of experience leading group trips
• Strong destination knowledge (Himalayas, Rajasthan, NE India, etc.)
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Physically fit, proactive, and responsible
• Trek/first-aid ex

• Lead and manage groups confidently
• Execute itinerary and coordinate logistics on time
• Conduct safety briefings & handle emergencies
• Engage travellers with activities and local insights
• Coordinate with the operations team
• Manage ATLs and ensure smooth teamwork
• Resolve on-ground issues and maintain traveller satisfaction
