- En route, we’ll take a pit stop for dinner at a decent roadside restaurant, as decided by the Volvo vendor.

SIC means Seat in Coach Services – You will be sharing the vehicle with other people so coach arrival can be flexible by 15minutes plus or minus. Your coach may also collect other passengers from various different hotels just like how you joined the coach and we request your patience and cooperation for the same. Pick up vehicle and final sightseeing vehicle may differ in certain countries and you may be expected to change the vehicle in certain countries. SIC transfers will be applicable only from 0700hrs – 2300hrs. If the flight arrives earlier or later than these timings, we will have to provide private transfers with an extra cost. PVT means Private Services – You will not be sharing the vehicle with other people; it will be provided on point to pint service only – no disposal. Private transfer means a dedicated vehicle with OR without a guide, for a particular sightseeing or transfer. Private transfers are the most efficient way to travel. You will be taken directly to and from your accommodation without detour and without the need to change vehicles at any point. Private transfers do not mean a vehicle at disposal. Customers are required to strictly adhere to the timings fixed for the vehicle even in case of a private sightseeing or transfer.
Baggage Allowance – All transfers are based on travelers carrying a maximum of ONE Check in bag and ONE small handbag each. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform and check with us if they plan to carry extra luggage. Since the same may entail supplement charge for a larger vehicle. In case the guest chooses not to inform THE DP TOURS and arrive with extra luggage additional charges as applicable on the ground and subject to larger vehicle availability will be applicable.
For Traveling overseas, your passport should have a minimum validity of last 09-06 months from the date of exit from that country.
There should be sufficient pages in your passport for Visa/Immigration stamping.
Original passports must be in fine and good condition without any damage.
Required Visa documents to be provided by the traveler. Please note the decision to grant visa is solely held with the assigned visa consulate.
Once the package is booked, amendment/cancellation charges will be applicable
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
We are a tour operating company wherein we don’t do only Air Tickets and Visa, hence once the Visa is done it is mandatory to book hotel package through us.
The Visas for every booking will be submitted only after we have collected the 50% tour cost against the booking. We may ask for more payment on case-to-case basis and to cover the booking liabilities.
