• Lead and marshal motorcycle groups during tours and expeditions
• Ensure rider safety, discipline, and adherence to convoy rules
• Plan and brief riders on routes, daily schedules, safety protocols, and riding etiquette
• Coordinate with backup vehicles, mechanics, and local vendors
• Handle on-ground challenges including breakdowns, weather changes, and emergencies
• Maintain group pace and manage stragglers effectively
• Ensure compliance with local traffic laws and permit requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact between riders and operations team
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip bike inspections and rider checks
