Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development and corporate sales targets and objectives.
- Identify potential business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers to introduce our products/services and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, including key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, and operations etc, to customize solutions and meet client needs.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms with corporate clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to corporate clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to develop their skills and achieve sales targets.
