– Own end-to-end important hiring across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, On-ground teams)
– Build consistent pipelines for niche roles
– Improve quality of hires (not just closures)
– Design structured interview & evaluation processes
– Work closely with founder to understand exact hiring need
2. People Processes & Systems
Build and implement clear HR processes:
– KRAs & performance review systems
– Probation & confirmation structures
– Bring structure and clarity across teams
– Ensure processes are followed, not just created
3. Organization Structuring & Workforce Planning
– Team structures
– Strategic Hiring plans
– Role clarity across departments
– Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current team setup
4. Culture & Retention
– Drive initiatives to improve team engagement & retention
– Ensure alignment with JustWravel’s culture of ownership and execution
