DAY – WISE ITINERARY
- The group will assemble at the designated pickup points in Delhi (R.K. Ashram,
Rohini Sec-18, Akshardham, or Faridabad Metro Station) around 6:30–7:00 PM. - Meet your trip captains for a quick tour briefing before beginning the overnight
journey to Manali in an AC Traveller (2x1 / 2x2) equipped with music and
charging ports. - We’ll take a dinner stop en route at a decent roadside restaurant.
- Expected arrival in Manali is by 11:00 AM the next morning.

- Afternoon Sightseeing (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM):

- After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Kaza via the Atal Tunnel and
Kunzum La. - Atal Tunnel – The world’s longest highway tunnel, offering stunning views of
the mountains. - Kunzum La – The highest point at 4,551 meters, with breathtaking Himalayan
views. - The journey covers 185 km in around 6-7 hours. You’ll pass through changing
landscapes, from green valleys to arid deserts. Once you cross Kunzum La,
Spiti Valley’s rugged beauty awaits. - Arrive in Kaza, check in, and relax.

Chandratal Lake (also known as Moon Lake), one of the most beautiful
high-altitude lakes in Himachal Pradesh. - After breakfast, we begin our journey towards the lake. Enroute, we’ll stop at
the following scenic spots:
Chicham Bridge - The highest suspension bridge in Asia, offering a stunning view of the rugged
landscape below. It's the perfect spot for photos.
Key Monastery - A peaceful Tibetan monastery that offers spiritual serenity and panoramic views
of the surrounding valleys and mountains. It's an incredible place to visit for a
moment of reflection. - Upon arrival at Chandratal Lake, take in the breathtaking views of the
crescent-shaped lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Check into your
camps and enjoy a peaceful night by the lake.

- Enjoy adventure activities like rafting and paragliding
- Wake up to the mesmerizing views of the ChandraBhaga Range and soak in
your last moments at Chandratal Lake. After breakfast, pack up and begin
your journey back toward Manali, passing through rugged Himalayan
landscapes and scenic mountain passes.
Enroute Highlights: - Batal – A remote hamlet where you can stop at the famous Chacha-Chachi
Dhaba for tea or snacks. - Solang Valley – Quick café stop or a scenic break, if time permits.
- By evening, arrive in Manali, freshen up, and explore the local market or
unwind at a café. Later in the night, board your AC Volvo/Private Bus for Delhi
or Chandigarh.

You may be required to present a credit card or give a cash deposit to the hotel at the time of check in for Security purpose depending on hotel to hotel, City to City and Country to Country. The hotel will pre-authorize the credit card. And if cash is paid, the same will be refunded at the time of check out.
Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable.

It is not advisable to travel in the night, if necessary, supplement charge applicable.

SIC means Seat in Coach Services – You will be sharing the vehicle with other people so coach arrival can be flexible by 15minutes plus or minus. Your coach may also collect other passengers from various different hotels just like how you joined the coach and we request your patience and cooperation for the same. Pick up vehicle and final sightseeing vehicle may differ in certain countries and you may be expected to change the vehicle in certain countries. SIC transfers will be applicable only from 0700hrs – 2300hrs. If the flight arrives earlier or later than these timings, we will have to provide private transfers with an extra cost. (Conditions apply)
PVT means Private Services – You will not be sharing the vehicle with other people; it will be provided on point to pint service only – no disposal. Private transfer means a dedicated vehicle with OR without a guide, for a particular sightseeing or transfer. Private transfers are the most efficient way to travel. You will be taken directly to and from your accommodation without detour and without the need to change vehicles at any point. Private transfers do not mean a vehicle at disposal. Customers are required to strictly adhere to the timings fixed for the vehicle even in case of a private sightseeing or transfer.
Baggage Allowance – All transfers are based on travelers carrying a maximum of ONE Check in bag and ONE small handbag each. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform and check with us if they plan to carry extra luggage. Since the same may entail supplement charge for a larger vehicle. In case the guest chooses not to inform THE DP TOURS and arrive with extra luggage additional charges as applicable on the ground and subject to larger vehicle availability will be applicable.
For Traveling overseas, your passport should have a minimum validity of last 09-06 months from the date of exit from that country.
There should be sufficient pages in your passport for Visa/Immigration stamping.
Original passports must be in fine and good condition without any damage.
Required Visa documents to be provided by the traveler. Please note the decision to grant visa is solely held with the assigned visa consulate.
Once the package is booked, amendment/cancellation charges will be applicable
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
We reserve the right to use an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equal or higher standard.
If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
We are a tour operating company wherein we don’t do only Air Tickets and Visa, hence once the Visa is done it is mandatory to book hotel package through us.
The Visas for every booking will be submitted only after we have collected the 50% tour cost against the booking. We may ask for more payment on case-to-case basis and to cover the booking liabilities.
